Brazil 2024: Rio Day 1

In case you are keeping track, this is Sunday Jan 28. Jan 27 just did not happen.

Thi is my hotel breakfast. Wonderful custom omelette, Interesting cheese and fruit.

Then we were off to Cristo Redentor, the most iconic image of Rio, Christ the Redeemer over looking the beach.

After, we are walking along the Rio beach and I get to stop while the other 3 explorer go out on a spit of rock.

Again we went out to a wonderful dinner but somehow it was so wonderful that I forgot to take pictures!
